Shipping during COVID-19

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has had significant consequences on shipping logistics worldwide.

With most countries imposing a Lockdown of sorts, people around the world are staying home more than ever. This, in turn, has driven more and more people to order online, significantly increasing the amount of orders on a global scale.

Shipping Companies, on the other hand, have also had to take preventive measures against the spreading of the virus. Some of these measures include a reduction in staffing, minimization of working hours, and the slowing down of international commercial flights.

These circumstances have unfortunately incurred transit times of 20-40 days from dispatch.

Please be aware that we are still operating and all orders are arriving to our customers despite these delays.

Furthermore, we are committed to refunding any orders that take any longer than 60 days to be delivered. These orders, however, will not be stopped and will still arrive to our customers for free. If your order has been delayed for over 50 days, please contact us via email at support@kittychups.com to request your free apology gift or refund.

If you're concerned about the potential transmission of COVID-19 through parcels, rest assured that the virus cannot survive on parcels any longer than 24 hours.
