NEED TO MAKE AN ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION?
We can cancel an order that has not been processed yet. In order to cancel your order, we must hear from you at the latest by 11:59 PM EST on the day of ordering. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 10 days after receiving your parcel.
Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
All returned items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
Returns shipping charges are to be borne by customer when returned for a refund.

Easy Returns Process:
- Email us to return your item. Email us at email@example.com Pictures of the items/packaging will be required.
- Do let us know the reason for the return. We are constantly improving your shopping experience hence this feedback will allow us to further improve ourselves to serve you better.
- Ship back your order directly to the assigned returns center closest to you.
- Please allow 12 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. Please choose size correctly!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
