Sustainable packaging practice
In line with our sustainability “Minimal packaging” practice, “KittyChups.com” only uses resources that is necessary to deliver our items in good condition. Items will be bubble or foam wrapped for protection. It costs more carbon footprint to manufacture a box and corresponding inlays, increase the size/weight of the delivery, incur more material to bubble wrap the box for delivery. And the good news is, this certainly help keeps the cost low translating to more savings for our customers.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for US delivery due to large demand. Please allow 3-6 weeks for International delivery.
When will I receive tracking information:
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!
How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to. Shipping for you can range from $0.00 – $12.95 for single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. You can speed up the processing and handling of your order for an additional fee. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be shown before processing and payment.
Shipping Delays: Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. “KittyChups.com” cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as: adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems and/or driver error.
US orders usually take between 7-21 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
Worldwide orders take 14-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
All orders will have tracking ID and customers will receive automated email updates on the shipment status.
What About Customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
